Pool builder installed our Built Right pool heater 4 years ago and we have never had an issue with it. Any company that carries such a great warranty such as Built Right, backs it up with their product. I talked my dad into buying one because of the quality and warranty. Ricky and Jaden came out to fix my pool heater when another company had tried a few times and given up. Ricky figured it out in less than five minutes and had it completely up and going in less than 15. Even replaced a part that the other company missed (they had replaced the low pressure switch instead of the high pressure switch) Again, Ricky saw this immediately and replaced it. out standing service--called that the unit was down and tech showed up the next morning and replaced board, which was under warranty and when i asked how much the service call was their response was no charge--everything covered under 5 year warranty. great outfit to work with and i highly recommend.

Our Built Right Pool Heater is the best quality built product I have seen since I worked for large manufacturing company “Up North” and designed QC test systems for them. Our new heater took the place of a very costly propane heater and does an excellent job keeping our pool comfortable for both our Northern guests and for us. It is hard to top our satisfaction with the product, but someone has done just that! When we had a problem with a water leak due to an independent installation, we called Built Rite Pool Heaters for service on the unit. “Keith” called us and scheduled his arrival date and time and was very courteous over the phone. When he arrived on time, he quickly identified the problem and started working on the unit. After several unexpected additional repairs were needed, he kept me informed and diligently kept on working into the late afternoon. He came back the next day to wrap up the repairs, thoroughly test the operation of our heater, and to see if I was satisfied. Tried to have my 9.5 year old pool heated repaired by a local pool maintenance company.  Their technician could not fix the problem and told me a I needed a new heater.  That answer didn't make sense since the heater did heat, but the pool would not come up to the required temperature.  I researched and found that Built Right has their own service department so I arranged a service call.
